Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your purchase and use of IGM Creator Club, a digital course sold by Influencer Guide Management LLC ("IGM," "we," "us"). By purchasing or accessing Creator Club, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

IGM Creator Club is a digital video course — six pre-recorded video lessons covering pitching, rate-setting, replying to brands, negotiation, agency readiness, and money tracking for creators. It is sold as a one-time purchase: there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no expiration on access once purchased.

Creator Club is educational content. It is not personalized consulting, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of brand deals, income, or representation by IGM.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. The price shown at checkout is the total price — no hidden fees are added afterward.

3. The Creator Club Promise — Refund Policy

How to request a refund

• Request window: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• How: Email creatorclub@influencerguidemgmt.com from the address used at checkout and let us know you'd like a refund. No proof of non-use is required.
• Processing: Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the funds post to your account after that — that timing is outside our control.
• After a refund: Access to the six drops is removed once a refund is issued.
• After 7 calendar days: Refund requests made after the 7-calendar-day window has closed will not be accepted, since this is a digital product delivered instantly in full.

4. Access & license

When you purchase Creator Club, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to view the course for your own use. You may not share your access, download and redistribute the videos, resell the course, or use the content to create a competing product.

5. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, frameworks, scripts, and written materials — is the property of Influencer Guide Management LLC and is protected by copyright. Purchasing Creator Club does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

6. No guarantee of results

Any results, earnings, or testimonials shared on our website or in the course reflect individual experiences. Your results will vary based on your audience, niche, effort, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee you will land brand deals, increase your rates, or earn any specific amount as a result of taking this course.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influencer Guide Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Creator Club. Our total liability to you for any claim related to this course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Creator Club after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
