What you're buying
IGM Creator Club is a one-time purchase that gives you access to six pre-recorded video drops covering rate-setting, pitching, replying to brand offers, negotiating, preparing for management, and tracking your money. Access is delivered immediately after payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no login required.
Access
Access is intended to be ongoing. We may occasionally update, improve, or reorganize the content. If we ever need to move or retire the program, we'll give existing members reasonable notice and a way to retain access to what they purchased.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction. Because this is a one-time purchase, you will not be charged again.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because IGM Creator Club is a digital product delivered instantly and in full at the time of purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read the program description carefully before buying, and email us with any questions before you purchase — we're happy to help you decide whether it's the right fit.
Intellectual property
All videos, written materials, templates, scripts, and frameworks in IGM Creator Club are the property of Influencer Guide Management LLC. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for your own creator business.
You may not share your access with others, resell or redistribute any part of the program, record or re-upload the videos, or repackage the content as your own. Doing so is a breach of these terms and may result in access being revoked without refund.
No guarantee of results
IGM Creator Club is educational. It reflects strategies and practices used in professional talent management, but every creator's situation, audience, and market is different. We do not guarantee that you will land brand deals, reach any particular rate, secure representation, or earn any specific amount of money. Your results depend on factors outside our control.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
The program includes general information about contracts, usage rights, invoicing, and money management. This is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and Influencer Guide Management LLC. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the program or the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or using the materials for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influencer Guide Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability in connection with the program will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
