Who we are

Information we collect
- Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you opt in to receive a free resource or emails from us, and anything you include when you contact us.
- Purchase information. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number or full payment details — Stripe handles that. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, along with the name and email address used at checkout.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from an Instagram ad).
Cookies, pixels, and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API on this site. These tools let us see which pages you visit and which actions you take — such as viewing the offer or starting checkout — so we can measure our advertising on Instagram and Facebook, improve it, and show relevant ads to people who have previously visited the site.
This means Meta may receive information about your visit, which Meta uses according to its own data policies. You can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
How we use your information
- To deliver the program you purchased and give you access to your videos
- To send you any free resource you opted in to receive
- To send occasional emails about IGM Creator Club, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To run, measure, and improve our advertising, including retargeting people who have visited the site
- To respond to questions and provide support
Third parties we share information with
We share limited information with the service providers we use to run the business:
- Stripe — processes all payments and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — receives browsing and purchase event data through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, used for advertising and measurement as described above.
- Our email service provider — stores your email address if you opt in, and delivers our emails on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing creatorclub@influencerguidemgmt.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as it's needed to provide the program and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we delete it when it's no longer needed — or sooner, at your request.
Children's privacy
IGM Creator Club is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
